What this is
My name is Alex. I build websites for one-person and small trade businesses — the kind that get found on a phone, at the side of the road, by someone who needs a quote today.
Most of the businesses I write to have a Facebook page and a listing on hipages, and nothing of their own. That works until it doesn't: the leads cost money, they get shared with two other blokes, and the listing belongs to someone else.
What you get

- The site and the domain are yours outright when it's done
How it works
- I build a rough version first and send you the link. Nothing to pay, nothing to sign.
- If you like it, we agree the details in an email — price, what's included, how long.
- You send me your photos and anything you want said. I do the rest.
- Site goes live on your domain. Half up front, half when it's live.
Price
$300
That's below my normal rate. I'm starting out and I want a few finished jobs I can show, so in return I ask for a short review and permission to use your site as an example. Fair trade both ways.
Hosting runs about $5 a month after that, or I can look after it for $40 a month if you'd rather not think about it. Entirely optional.
Where I am
I work remotely, from Vietnam. Everything happens by email — quotes, drafts, changes, handover — and you own the site and the domain outright at the end. Happy to jump on a video call if you'd rather see a face first.
